This is an overview of what the inspector found during the inspection.
The quality rating for this service is three (3) stars. This means the people who use this service experience excellent quality outcomes. This unannounced visit started at 10:30 hours and ended at 14:00 hours. This was a very positive and enjoyable visit. Information considered as part of this inspection included the agency’s returned Annual Quality Assurance Assessment (AQAA) and surveys that were returned Commission for Social Care Inspection.
