What happens if I can not make my interview?
Do I need to bring anything to my interview?
Yes, you will need to bring with you 2 forms of ID (passport, drivers licence UK, Marriage Certificate or Birth Certificate) a recent utility bill - proof of address. We will also need to see your NI card or a document with your NI number. we ask if you can bring £36.00 to pay for your CRB Disclosure.
Part Time / Flexible hours will you be able to help?
Yes, If you can let us know the hours you are able to work, then Keystone will try to match your availability with the shifts.
I think my Tax Code is wrong, Can you check it for me?
Any queries about your tax must be made directly with your tax office. We are not authorised to make enquiries on your behalf. You can contact the tax office on 0845 3021432, or go to www.hmrc.gov.uk
I am a student working part-time. Will I be paid using my student tax code?
Only if you are working during your holidays. If you are working during term time, we can not use your student tax code.
